All 27 fire houses and the training academy of the City of Winnipeg now have the Powerjog self propelled treadmill with resistance as they are phasing out all electric treadmill in favour of The Powerjog that will give them excellent muscle activation in the legs and the resistance feature will mimic climbing up a ladder. All stations have lots of Crossfit gear we have installed.
